Bakso is a well-known Indonesian dish. Bakso is a street snack in my country, albeit it is also available in frozen form. Bakso and bok coy are done; all you need to do is add noodles.
However, I attempted to prepare the meatballs this time, and thankfully, we are able to enjoy bakso today after about a year and a half.
Eating noodles with bakso We occasionally use bakso for the fried fries.
Materials:
1 pound of ground beef for the beef balls
1 pound of ground chicken or pork
4 tablespoons of tapioca flour
1 spoonful of fish sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of powdered garlic
1/2 an inch of grated ginger or galangal (1/4 tsp crushed ginger is fine)
1/4 cup of water
Soup:
1 cup of beef broth
1 inch of whole galangal or ginger
1 cinnamon stick
2 black pods of cardamom
4 entire cloves
Fish sauce, half a tablespoon
Lime juice, half a spoonful
White pepper, half a teaspoon
Add salt to taste (about two tablespoons).
How to Cook
Bakso:
- Cut the onion into slices and cook it until it turns golden. Half-cook the garlic. 5/6 of the materials for the blender are fried onions, while the remaining portion is used as a garnish. / Iris bawang bombay dan goreng up to the kecoklatan warning. - Process all the ingredients in a blender until a dough forms. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Using two spoons, form the dough into a ball and boil it after the water has boiled. / Blend every ingredient till it becomes adonan. Air rebus dalam panci. - When the meatballs float in the water, they are ready. Remove and drain the meatballs. Store it as frozen food in the freezer. - Noodles and Soup: Add the remaining boiled meatball water, beef fat, crushed garlic, ginger, and white pepper.

- 5 Bring the soup to a boil until the meat fat is cooked. After boiling and rinsing, place the noodles in a bowl. / Lemak sapi siap sampai rebus sup. After that, tata mie dalam mangkuk rebus mie dan bilas.
- Tambahkan bok coy, irisan daun bawang, bawang goreng, dan bakso di atasnya lalu tambahkan kuahnya. Then, add the meatballs, chopped spring onions, fried onion, and bok coy on top.
- When the Indonesian meatballs, or bakso, are ready to eat, top them with sweet soy sauce and sriracha for more flavor. Bakso, also known as bakso khas Indonesia, is always prepared with sriracha and kecap manis to lessen kelezatannya. Have fun trying! Happy Mencoba!
